Poole Piranhas are looking for an assistant basketball coach to join their weekend coaching team on a long term basis.
The right candidate would ideally be heading towards a Basketball England Level 1 or Level 2 Coach certification, but not necessarily. They should however be of a fit and competent basketball standard, and a good communicator to 6-16 year olds. Regular training is held at The Bourne Academy on Saturdays and Sundays so the candidate should be willing to work a 4-5 hour ‘shift’ most if not all weekends, and be reasonably local to the Poole area. There may be opportunities to assist with our U12, U14 and U17s squads during the season also.
This position is offered on a ‘volunteer with paid expenses’ basis where expenses are extremely well paid 😉
